Shipping policy

Good news first. Shipping is on us, everywhere in India, on every single order. There is no minimum cart value and no fine print waiting at the bottom.

Here is how it all works once you place an order. We get your kit ready and hand it to our courier partners, and most orders reach you within five to six working days from the day we ship. The moment your package leaves us, a tracking link lands in your inbox, so you can watch it make its way to you and plan your building weekend around it.

If your tracking ever looks stuck, or something just feels off, please do not sit there quietly worrying about it. Email us at info@kitsumi.in with your order number and we will chase it down for you personally.

A couple of small things worth knowing. Delivery can take a little longer during festive seasons and big sale weeks, simply because everyone is shipping things at the same time. We also currently ship within India only, though if you are reading this from somewhere else and really want a kit, write to us anyway and we will see what is possible.
